Choose your own breathing times. Gentle numbers work best, and you can change them any time.
If a hold feels uncomfortable, set it to 0. If you feel dizzy, go back to normal breathing.
For breathing with your eyes closed. Each breath starts with a signal you can feel. Press the buttons to try them.
Two taps means breathe in. One long buzz means breathe out. One tap means hold or rest. Between signals the phone is still.
If you feel nothing, check: your phone isn't on silent with vibration turned off; Battery saver is off; in your phone's settings under Sound and vibration, the vibration or touch-feedback strength isn't set to Off; and you're using Chrome or Samsung Internet. The wording differs between phones.
It only works while the app is open, and not in the Sleep lantern.
Your calendar sends the reminder. Innermotion itself can't send notifications.
A softly glowing lantern that slowly dims while you breathe. Breathe in as the light grows, and out as it softens. At the end the screen fades to black.
Put the phone down somewhere comfortable. The screen stays on until the light has faded.
